Cross Country

The goal of the Saint Paul Cross Country team is to help students learn to use the gifts that God gave them to improve their own physical ability and speed, while encouraging the team as a whole.

Coaches:  Amy DePoyster & Patricia Collard

Open to:  First grade and above

Time:  This starts at the beginning of the school year and ends near the end of October.
Practice:  This will be after school, twice a week for children up to 3rd grade.  Three times a week for kids above 3rd grade.  Practices in most cases will be at school itself.

This is a sport that builds self-discipline and gives each student the chance to improve on their own personal skills, while also building self esteem.

Coach:  Travis Skaggs, Jamie Clemons

Open to:  Grades 4 and up

Time:  Archery season begins in October.

Practice :  Practices are typically after school on Wednesday and on Saturday morning.


This team plays in the local Grayson County Junior Pro league and is open to grades Second through Fifth.

Coaches:  Jamie Clemons, others

Time:  Practice begins in late October and goes until about the end of February.

Practice:  Practices are held at the gym located inside the new Saint Paul Church parish hall.


Soccer is our newest sport, and is organized through the Grayson County Youth Soccer league in Clarkson.  It is available to students Kindergarden through Eigth grade.

Coaches:  TBA

Practice & Games:  Practices are generally held once weekly, on days & times to be determined by the individual coaches.  Games are every Saturday during both Soccer seasons (Fall and Spring).
